No Bullet Has A Name On It

Gun violence is always negative. conspired by revenge, hatred, and sometimes a mistake. Knowing that the resolution of a problem is with the action of a GUN. The saying goes that "No bullet comes with a name" This defines a missed bullet or failure of an aim. You may point the gun at one in particular, but its 30 other people , unknowingly, are aimed at as well. I grew up in a community of gun violence. I witnessed attempts of a hit and run at a young age. When I was little my uncle was caught at gun point and was robbed. I was looking out the window awaiting his arrival. My mom soon told me this when I got older. Knowing that I was a witness of my uncle's life either being taken or kept really scared me and, just notified me that I'm glad my mom finally got us out of the area. I always looked at gun violence as another way of "quick and easy " . A problem could never be talked out. It alwas gets physical and somebody just has to go. Why? why stand as the reason that a family is heartbroken, and show no disrespect or mercy for what you've done? I guess times have changed. Problems just have to be quickly resloved and somebody has to go... easily.

  1. I think it's really interesting that you also see violence becoming out of control because we need to have things solved quickly. I never thought about it that way. I mean I always thought that technology made us dependent on solving things, and made us, as a society, needy for a quick fix. I never realized that that kind of mentality might also transfer to violence, but it kind of makes sense.
